This was a standard loft conversion in Shoeburyness, Essex that was constructed under permitted development (planning permission was not required) as at the time it fell within the allowable permitted volume, therefore it only required building regulation approval.

This is a small detached bungalow that we obtained planning permission for at the bottom of the back garden to a property in Wickford, Essex. We did the full design, building regulations and we designed the pile and ground beam foundations for it.

This is a simple single storey rear extension for a client in Great Notley Village Essex, who we did a large loft conversion for some years prior to this. The style is quite common with the flat roof and large lantern light for which we did the planning application, building regulations and structural design work for the support of the central lantern light.

This is a loft conversion and a single storey rear extension. We advised the client to first apply to building control for the loft conversion under permitted development rights in order to obtain the maximum floor area for the loft room, then we applied to planning for the rear extension.

Westcliffe Lodge - Click Here
This is the second floor plan of a huge loft conversion to an existing nursing home in Westcliff on Sea, Essex, it gives the viewer the scale of some of the work we undertake. The existing home consists of a pair of semi detached houses and is well established as a home. The attics were almost 4M high so we decided to make use of this and applied for planning permission to provide a further 8 bedrooms with en suites as well as an additional bathroom with dormer to the sides and front, which was subsequently granted.

This was the former site of a small chapel near Harwich, Essex and we obtained planning approval to demolish the chapel and erect this large detached house in it’s place.
